Cecilia Halle is Head of Public Health and Health Care Division at the Swedish Ministry for Health and Social Affairs. Ms Halle has wide experience of national and international health care policy development from the Government Offices of Sweden. Ms Halle was Principal Secretary of the Governmental Commission that presented the current National Cancer Strategy for Sweden. She is also a Board Member of the Swedish alcohol retailing monopoly. Previously, Ms Halle held several managerial and other senior positions at the Government Offices of Sweden at both the Ministry of Health and the Ministry for Foreign Affairs.
